Property Science Refund Policy

At Property Science, we are committed to providing a seamless experience to our users. As our platform provides immediate access to proprietary digital content, analytics, and real estate intelligence, refunds are governed by the terms set out below.

  1. 1. Payment Successful but Access Not Granted

    If your payment has been successfully debited from your account but you are unable to access the subscribed city, report, or service, please contact our support team with your transaction details.

    Upon verification:

    • If the issue can be resolved, Property Science will restore or provide access to the subscribed service at the earliest possible opportunity.
    • If Property Science is unable to provide the subscribed service within a reasonable timeframe, the full amount paid will be refunded through the original mode of payment.
  2. 2. Duplicate Payments

    If you are charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical or payment processing error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.

  3. 3. Failed or Incomplete Transactions

    In cases where your account has been debited but the transaction remains incomplete due to payment gateway or banking issues, you are advised to wait for the reconciliation period prescribed by your bank or payment provider.

    If the amount is not automatically reversed within the applicable timeframe, please contact Property Science with your transaction details. Upon verification, appropriate assistance or a refund will be provided, where applicable.

  4. 4. Non-Refundable Cases

    Since Property Science provides immediate access to digital services and proprietary information, refunds will generally not be provided in the following circumstances:

    • Access to the subscribed city, report, or service has already been successfully granted.
    • The subscription has been partially or fully utilized.
    • The user no longer wishes to use the service after purchase.
    • The user has purchased an incorrect subscription, city, or plan.
    • Dissatisfaction arising from market conditions, investment outcomes, or interpretation of the information provided on the platform.
    • Requests made after the subscription period has expired.
  5. 5. Refund Processing

    Where a refund is approved under this policy, it will be processed through the original mode of payment used for the transaction.

    Depending upon the payment gateway, bank, or card issuer, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

  6. 6. Misuse, Scraping and Unauthorized Access

    Property Science provides access to proprietary databases, analytics, and market intelligence. The platform is intended solely for the personal or authorized business use of subscribed users.

    Any attempt to systematically extract, scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, reproduce, download, or otherwise collect data from the platform through automated means, bots, scripts, crawlers, APIs (unless expressly authorized), browser automation tools, or any other unauthorized mechanism is strictly prohibited.

    If Property Science detects or reasonably suspects any such activity, including but not limited to automated access, abnormal usage patterns, excessive data retrieval, bulk extraction, or any attempt to create an independent database or repository using information available on the platform, Property Science reserves the right to:

    • Immediately suspend or terminate the user's subscription and platform access.
    • Temporarily withhold any refund request while an internal investigation is conducted.
    • Review access logs, user activity, system records, and other relevant information to determine whether unauthorized usage has occurred.

    Where the internal investigation concludes that the platform has been misused, or that data has been scraped, crawled, harvested, extracted, or used for creating an internal repository, commercial exploitation, redistribution, competitive intelligence, or any other unauthorized or malicious purpose, Property Science reserves the right to:

    • Reject any refund request, either wholly or partially.
    • Permanently terminate the user's subscription without further access.
    • Disable or suspend associated user accounts.
    • Initiate appropriate contractual or legal proceedings to protect its proprietary data, intellectual property, and business interests wherever applicable under law.

    Where the investigation concludes that no unauthorized activity has occurred, any refund otherwise eligible under this Refund Policy shall be processed through the original mode of payment.

  7. 7. Cancellation of Subscription

    Unless expressly stated otherwise, subscriptions purchased on Property Science are non-cancellable after access has been granted. Users may choose not to renew their subscription upon expiry; however, cancellation during an active subscription period will not entitle the user to any refund.

  8. 8. Service Availability

    Property Science may periodically perform scheduled maintenance, software upgrades, security enhancements, or emergency maintenance that may temporarily affect platform availability. Such temporary interruptions shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

  9. 9. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

    Property Science reserves the right to refuse refunds where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent transactions, misuse of payment instruments, identity misrepresentation, abuse of promotional offers, or any activity intended to circumvent the platform's Terms and Conditions.

    For any payment or refund-related concerns, users may contact Property Science by providing:

    • Registered email address
    • Transaction ID or payment reference number
    • Date of payment
    • Description of the issue

    Providing complete information will enable us to verify the transaction and resolve your request as quickly as possible.

  11. 11. Changes to this Refund Policy

    Property Science reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the Property Science website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
